The Nursyz.com Nursing Workplace Rating helps the nurse to acquire an idea of the nursing workplace conditon of a particular healthcare facility. It uses five rating components: salary, benefits, atmosphere, career growth and work standards. These rating factors are important to the attainment of a high level of job satisfaction among nurses and in return employee effectiveness.
